True Value Hardware, Another Dog Supply Depot

A few weeks ago, my sister and I had a trip in True Value, a hardware store, at Trinoma Mall. We didn’t go there for any home-improvement project. I read on the net that like Ace Hardware, True Value is somewhat a pet store for having an array of selections of dog, cat, fish, and bird supplies which are affordable and imported.

If you’re looking for its location in Trinoma Mall, you can ask the concierge. The easiest way to find it is when you’re in the center of the activity ground where events are held; look for Red Ribbon. Beside it is a path leading to more shops, one of which is True Value located at the left side.
The hardware store isn’t that huge compare to Ace Hardware found in SM Annex, North Edsa but on the contrary the former has lower price for dog supplies (I don’t know about the rest because I only looked at the prices of canine items.) My sister bought only important things.

Dog Muzzle (Busal) Hunting

If I’m looking for gadgets, I first run to Cyberzone located at the 4th and 5th floors of SM Annex, North Edsa because I knew I can likely find what I need and have many options: brand, quality, and prices. But now, I have another reason to visit SM Annex—not for gizmo but for pooch necessities.

A Delivery Comes With a Bonus

Packed in a sealed plastic, the AIR21 courier hand over the packaged my sister and I have been expecting. Typically when I receive something wrapped like a gift or package I would shake and guess the content several times before opening, but in this case, mystery was stripped off—I need not do my old habits. It contained dog deworming tablets for Chie and the rest of Aspin family rather should I say for the intestinal worms whose days are numbered inside their hosts’ intestines.

The Legacy of a Brother

“The Great Escape,” of Houdini is the term I gave because of the many incidents/time Chie takes off his harness just like someone undressing clothes. I fixed her harness to no avail; she successfully does her tricks.

A collar is unused for 7 months now. It once belonged to Chuckie who is among the first litter of IC. Thus, he is the older brother of Chuchie and whom her name was derived. Chuckie died before he celebrates his first birthday.

It’s only now that I’m writing about him; I didn’t mention him being gone for good in my personal blog. We’ve had dogs that already died but I realized it’s entirely different if you are hands-on from the time they were born. The more you spend time, losing them is harder. Time heals as the saying goes.

And I’m not the only one moving on, even my sister because she allowed Chie to use his brother’s collar. Since she wear it, she no longer perform her great act but we let her loose inside the house where she can ran and play with his family. Otherwise, a leash confined her to a spot.

May she take care of his brother’s legacy. Chuckie also has a t-shirt but it’s still too big for Chie to wear and it’s up for my sister mood to let go of hand-me-down items.
